摘要
目的:分析泻黄散加减治疗儿童湿热型特应性皮炎(AD)的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取复旦大学附属儿科医院厦门医院2022年2月至2024年2月收治的60例湿热型AD患儿临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用泻黄散加减+常规西药治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、皮损严重程度、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿特应性皮炎评分表(SCORAD)评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:泻黄散加减治疗儿童湿热型AD效果显著,可改善患儿症状,减轻皮损程度,且安全性高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Xiehuang Powder on dampness-heat type atopic dermatitis(AD)in children.Methods Clinical data of 60 children with dampness-heat type AD admitted to Children’s Hospital of Fudan University at Xiamen from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiehuang powder and conventional Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,severity of skin lesions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of scoring of atopic dermatitis scale(SCORAD)and TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiehuang powder is effective in the treatment of dampness-heat type AD,can improve the symptoms of children,reduce the degree of skin lesions,and has high safety.
