基于非线性回归耦合组合赋权法的垃圾焚烧发电厂布袋除尘器健康评价模型

摘要 垃圾焚烧发电除尘设备运行状况的健康评价可为布袋除尘器可靠运行提供有力保障。本文耦合运行压差、出口粉尘浓度、烟气温度为基础评价指标,并充分考虑布袋泄漏的影响,建立了基于动态理想运行压差的布袋健康评价模型。以某垃圾焚烧发电厂除尘设备为研究对象,采用该模型发现该布袋除尘器在过滤周期内健康指数变化趋势基本上由运行压差分值变化所决定,健康指数呈下降趋势,且7个月内月健康指数从86.17降低到78.64分,模型还可对健康状况做出预测。 The health evaluation of the operation condition of dust removal equipment in waste incineration power generation can provide guarantee for the reliable operation of bag filter.In this paper,taking account of the effects of filter bag leakage,a bag health evaluation model based on dynamic ideal operating pressure difference is established by coupling operating pressure difference and outlet dust concentration as basic evaluation indexes.Taking a dust removal equipment in garbage incineration power plant as the research object,it was found that the change tendency of its health index in the filtration cycle basically determined by the operating differential pressure score,and the health index is reduced from 86.17 to 78.64 points after seven months’operation,also the state of its health can be predicted.
