摘要
影响布袋除尘器滤袋使用寿命的因素主要有机械损伤和化学腐蚀2类,其中引起滤袋机械损伤的原因包括袋笼磨损、喷吹磨损、迎尘面破损和滤袋堵塞,造成化学腐蚀的原因包括氧化性气体、(酸)结露、高温损伤。对此,提出了调整喷吹压力和脉冲宽度,控制过滤风速和烟气温度等延长滤袋寿命的具体措施。
Investigation on factors that may affect the service life of bag filter in coal-fired power plant shows that,mechanical damage and chemical corrosion are two major reasons for lifetime shortening of the filter bag.The causes of mechanical damage of filter include the filter abrasion due to cage and the jetting gas flow,bag breaking on the dirty side of the filter,and the bag blocking.Strong oxidizing gas,acid condensation and high temperature damage account for the chemical corrosion.Thus,to lengthen the service life of the filter,such corresponding countermeasures as adjusting the blowing pressure and the pulse width,controlling the filtration velocity and the gas temperature are given.
