摘要
目的分析康复科临床教学中应用基于标准化病人(SP)的以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)对学生临床操作技能、临床思维能力的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月潍坊医学院附属医院康复科实习的88名实习生,回顾性分析实习生资料,以不同教学方法分为对照组(44名)与研究组(44名),两组均由同组带教教师负责带教,对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用基于SP的PBL教学法,对比两组考核成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力及临床沟通能力。结果研究组理论考核、技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中文版评判性思维态度倾向性调查表(CTDI-CV)各项评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习驱动力、学习目标、控制学习及自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床沟通能力各项评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SP的PBL教学法应用于康复科教学,可促进学生操作技能提高,有利于临床沟通、思维能力提高。
Objective To analyze the impacts of problem-based learning(PBL)based on standardized patients(SP)on students’clinical operation skills and clinical thinking ability in clinical teaching of rehabilitation department.Methods A total of 88 interns practiced in the rehabilitation department from October 2020 to October 2022 of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected and the intern information was analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(n=44)and the study group(n=44)by different teaching methods.Both groups were taught by teachers in the same group.The control group was adopted with conventional teaching method,while the study group was adopted with PBL teaching method based on SP.The assessment scores,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability and clinical communication ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and skill examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The evaluations and total scores of Chinese version of the critical thinking attitude tendency questionnaire(CTDI-CV)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of learning driving force,learning goal,controlled learning and self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The evaluations and total scores of clinical communication ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP-based PBL teaching method in rehabilitation department teaching can promote the improvement of students’operational skills,and is conducive to the increase of clinical communication and thinking ability.
