摘要
以北川至安州高速公路的前期工作为例,在交旅融合的发展中,提出该项目建设的必要性,并基于此项目前期工作详细分析影响项目建设的总体设计方案、土地、资金来源等因素,促使该项目的前期工作更充分,为后续项目推进提供保障。
Taking the preliminary work of the expressway from Beichuan to Anzhou as an example,this article proposes the necessity of the project construction in the development of transportation and tourism integration,and analyzes in detail the overall design scheme,land,funding sources and other factors that affect the project construction based on the preliminary work of the project,so as to promotes the project to think more fully in the preliminary work and provides guarantees for the subsequent project promotion.
