摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,“农旅一体化”的新型农业模式逐渐成为农业产业链转型的重要途径之一,其中依托优越的自然环境和茶产业链基础形成的“农旅一体化”茶园就是典型的代表。以庐山市海庐茶博园为例,利用收益法,并构建基于灰色预测模型的茶园价值评估体系,深入剖析了茶产业的经济价值与茶园旅游价值的双重维度,计算出茶园的总体经济价值。在此基础上,提出了加强对“农旅一体化”茶园模式的政策扶持、提升农村基础设施建设水平等建议,激励更多农户和企业积极投身于“农旅一体化”茶园的建设与发展之中,促进地方经济的发展。
Driven by the rural revitalization strategy,the new agricultural model of"integration of agriculture and tourism"has gradually become one of the important ways to transform the agricultural industrial chain.Relying on the superior natural environment and the foundation of the tea industry chain,the"integration of agriculture and tourism"tea gardens is a typical representative.Taking the Hailu Tea Garden in Lushan City as an example,this paper analyzes the double dimensions of the economic value of tea industry and the tourism value of tea gardens by using the income method and constructing the tea garden value evaluation system based on the grey prediction model.Finally,the total economic value of the tea plantation can be calculated accurately.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the policy support to the tea garden model of"integration of agriculture and tourism",paying attention to improving the level of rural infrastructure construction and encouraging more farmers and enterprises to actively participate in the"integration of agriculture and tourism"tea garden construction and development,thus promoting the development of local economy.
