污水处理厂脱水机房污泥输送系统优化设计探析

摘要 本文分析了国内某污水厂现有污泥输送系统存在的问题,并基于污泥输送系统现状,综合考虑投资运行成本、操作环境等因素,对严重影响污泥处理系统运行效率的柱塞泵部分提出了采用无轴螺旋输送机进行替代的方案,并对无轴螺旋输送机的螺旋直径、螺距、设备转速、设备功率等关键参数进行了优化设计。经过一段时间的运行,技术改造后的污泥输送系统运行效果良好,满足了污泥输送要求,每年可节约运行维护成本8.4万元,从而有效实现了污水厂降本增效的目标。 Based on the current situation of the sludge conveying system in a domestic sewage treatment plant,a systematic analysis was conducted on its existing problems.Taking into account factors such as investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,and operating environment,a scheme was proposed to replace the plunger pump that seriously affects the operating efficiency of the sludge treatment system with a shaft less screw conveyor,the key parameters of the shaftless screw conveyor,such as screw diameter,pitch,equipment speed,and equipment power,have been designed.After a period of operation,the renovated sludge conveying system has achieved good results and met the requirements of sludge conveying,it can save operating and maintenance costs of 84000 yuan per year,effectively reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the sewage treatment plant.
