除盐水系统节能降耗技术攻关研究与应用

摘要 为解决某煤化工项目化学水装置除盐水系统原水水质不断恶化、装置运行稳定性差、药剂消耗量大、经济性低等问题,采取了优化工艺及再生,改造中间排水,进行低、浓盐废水分流及节能改造除盐水泵等措施。运行结果表明:经攻关改造,装置运行稳定性得到提升,每年可节约运行成本约450万元,有效降低了生产、检维修及劳动力等相关方面的各项实际成本,最大化提升了企业经济效益。 In order to solve the specific problems of the continuous deterioration of raw water quality in the demineralized water system,poor operational stability of the unit,large consumption of chemicals and low economic efficiency,energy conservation and consumption reduction measures had been taken,including optimize process and regeneration,renovating the intermediate water discharge,separate treatment of low and high concentrated waste demineralized water,and energy-saving renovation of demineralized water pump.The operation results showed that after renovation,the stability of the unit operation had been improved,and the annual operating cost of the unit could be saved by about 4.5 million yuan.This effectively reduced the actual costs of production,maintenance and labor,and maximized the economic benefits of the enterprise.
