博士生培养对学术职业发展的影响因素研究

摘要 为探究博士生培养对其学术职业发展的影响,本文选取468名从事学术职业的博士毕业生进行调查分析,发现:(1)博士生培养过程中的个人因素、导师因素、学校因素相互作用,且共同对博士生学术职业的发展产生显著的影响。其中个人因素的影响程度最高,其直接效用为0.413;其次为导师因素,其直接效用为0.263;最后为学校因素,其直接效用为0.137。导师因素与个人因素成为影响博士生学术职业发展的两个重要因素。(2)在个人因素层面,独立申请课题对博士生学术职业发展的发展产生显著的影响;在导师因素层面,导师科研指导、学术成果对其学术职业发展产生显著的影响。(3)教学实践参与、博士生教育背景对其学术职业发展不会产生显著的影响。基于研究结果,本文从高校完善培养机制,导师因材施教、博士生树立以学术为业层面提出改进措施,以期为博士生培养模式调适,促进博士生学术职业高质量发展提供借鉴与参考。 In order to explore the impact of doctoral cultivation on their academic career development,this paper selects and analysis 468 doctoral graduates engaged in academic careers for investigation,and finds that:(1)In the process of cultivating doctoral students,personal factors,supervisor factors,and school factors interact with each other and together have a significant impact on the development of doctoral studentsacademic careers.Personal factors have the highest influence with a direct utility of 0413;the next is supervisor factors with a direct utility of 0.263;and finally,school factors with a direct utility of 0.137.Supervisor factors and personal factors have become two important factors affecting the academic career development of doctoral students.(2)In the aspect of personal factors,the independent application of the project has a significant impact on the doctoral studentsacademic career development;in the aspect of supervisor factors,supervisorsscientific research guidance and academic achievements have a great impact on their doctoral studentsacademic career development.(3)The participation in teaching practice and the educational background of doctoral students do not significantly affect their academic career development.Based on the research results,this paper proposes improvement measures in terms of promoting the cultivation mechanism of universities,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and establishing the concept of“academic career”for doctoral students,with a view to providing reference for the adjustment of doctoral studentscultivation mode and promoting the high-quality development of doctoral studentsacademic career.
