摘要
在新时期背景下,档案信息资源数字化建设正在全面推进。随着数字化档案信息资源的不断积累,如何高效整合和共享这些分散的信息资源,成为亟待解决的重要课题。文章在梳理相关理论基础的同时,分析目前档案信息资源整合与共享过程中存在的主要问题,包括资源异构性、元数据标准缺失、共享机制不完善等。针对这些问题,提出基于统一元数据标准的信息资源整合方案,并设计面向用户的信息资源共享服务平台。最后,探讨统一身份认证、访问控制等共享机制,为实现档案信息资源高效整合与共享提供理论支撑和技术路线图。
Under the background of the new era,the digitization construction of archival information resources is ad‐vancing comprehensively.With the continuous accumulation of digital archive information resources,how to effi‐ciently integrate and share these scattered information resources has become an important issue to be solved.At the same time,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the integration and sharing of archival information re‐sources,including resource heterogeneity,lack of metadata standards,and imperfect sharing mechanism.To solve these problems,an information resource integration scheme based on unified metadata standard is proposed,and a user-oriented information resource sharing service platform is designed.Finally,the sharing mechanism such as uni‐fied identity authentication and access control is discussed,which provides theoretical support and technical roadmap for realizing efficient integration and sharing of archive information resources.
