摘要
数字化改革能够显著提升食品安全治理的科学性、有效性和社会参与度,为保障公众健康提供坚实基础。本文分析了食品安全监管数字化改革的必要性,提出了实施层级对应的责任包保制度、利用先进技术构建智慧监管体系、推进跨部门信息资源整合与共享等一系列通过数字化改革加强食品安全监管的路径,旨在为数字化改革背景下的食品安全监管工作提供参考。
Digital reform can significantly improve the scientificity,effectiveness and social participation of food safety governance,providing a solid foundation for protecting public health.This article analyzes the necessity of digital reform of food safety supervision,and proposes a series of measures to strengthen food safety supervision through digital reform,such as implementing a hierarchical responsibility guarantee system,using advanced technology to build a smart supervision system,and promoting the integration and sharing of crossdepartment information resources,aiming to provide a reference for food safety supervision under the background of digital reform.
