摘要
劣质、有害的食品流入消费市场,不仅影响人们的身心健康,也阻碍社会的可持续发展。现阶段,食品安全问题主要表现在食材质量、环境卫生、加工标准等方面,全面加强食品安全问题治理必须与时俱进,形成较为全面的食品安全防控体系。目前,食品安全问题治理仍然存在企业守法意识薄弱、消费者维权难度较大、监管体系执行待优化等问题,因此全面整治食品安全问题应当加强食品安全法治宣传、完善消费者维权保障机制、优化食品安全源头治理体系。
The flow of inferior and harmful food into the consumer market not only affects people’s physical and mental health,but also hinders the sustainable development of society.At this stage,food safety issues are mainly reflected in aspects such as food quality,environmental sanitation,and processing standards.To comprehensively strengthen the management of food safety issues,we must keep pace with the times and form a more comprehensive food safety prevention and control system.At present,the governance of food safety issues still faces problems such as weak awareness of corporate compliance with the law,difficulty in safeguarding consumer rights,and the need to optimize the implementation of the regulatory system.Therefore,comprehensive rectification of food safety issues requires strengthening the publicity of food safety laws,improving consumer rights protection mechanisms,and optimizing the source of food safety management system.
