摘要
辛味中药是中医上应用广泛的一类中药,主要分布于解表药、化湿药、行气药等中药中,多具有升、散、透、窜、燥、动等特性,常用作痹证的治疗。现代研究表明,辛味中药发挥药效的主要成分为其中的挥发油,其能够通过解热镇痛、抗炎等作用治疗痹证。文章对辛味中药治疗痹证的物质基础与功效内涵、分类情况、传统应用以及作用机制的研究概况进行梳理,以期为进一步研究辛味中药治疗痹证提供参考。
Aromatic Chinese medicine is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used for its antipyretic,dampness-removing,and qi-promoting drugs.Characterized by rising,dispersing,penetrating,channeling,drying,and moving actions,these medicines are often used to treat arthralgia syndrome.Modern research has shown that the main component of aromatic Chinese medicine that exerts their medicinal effects is the volatile oil,which can treat arthralgia through antipyretic,analgesic,and anti-inflammatory effects.This paper aims to further study arthralgia syndrome by presenting the material basis and efficacy connotation,distribution,traditional application,pharmacological mechanism of those aromatic Chinese medicine.
