摘要
目的:观察细辛水煎液对二甲苯致耳廓肿胀小鼠、醋酸扭体小鼠、热板法小鼠的影响,探讨细辛水煎液的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:共120只昆明种小鼠,3组实验,每组实验取40只小鼠按体质量随机分为对照组、地塞米松组(1.5 mg/kg)和细辛水煎液高、低剂量组(12.0、6.0 g/kg),每组10只,雌雄各半。对照组灌胃20 mL/kg蒸馏水,其余各组灌胃20 mL/kg对应药物,每日1次,连续3 d。结果:与对照组比较,地塞米松组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、扭体次数显著减少、痛阈值显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);细辛水煎液高剂量组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、扭体次数显著减少、痛阈值显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);细辛水煎液低剂量组耳廓肿胀度显著降低、痛阈值显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:细辛水煎液具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Asarum decoction on ear swelling induced by xylene,body writhing induced by acetic acid and feet licking induced by hot plate in mice.Methods:A total of 120 mice were included in the study and 40 mice were taken for each experiment.The mice were randomly divided into the normal control group(distilled water),the Dexamethasone group(1.5 mg/kg)and the Asarum decoction groups of high-dose(12 g/kg)and low-dose(6 g/kg),with 10 mice in each group.The volume of administration was 20 mL/kg,and the intervention was once a day for three consecutive days.Results:Compared to those in the control group,the degree of ear swelling was reduced,the number of writhing was decreased and the pain threshold was increased in the Dexamethasone group,the Asarum decoction groups of high-dose and low-dose(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Asarum decoction has significant effects of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
