摘要
新质生产力是在科技进步与社会制度革新的背景下形成的先进生产力质态,具有高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,对经济增长、国家竞争力提升、人民美好生活的实现、社会公平正义的推进以及生态文明建设等方面具有重要意义。以人民为中心的发展思想植根于马克思主义唯物史观,与新质生产力的发展之间存在深刻的价值导向与内在耦合关系。新质生产力的孕育与跃升,既是人民主体地位在社会实践中的生动展现与价值导向,也是增进人民福祉、维护社会公平正义的有效支撑。因此,在以人民为中心发展思想引导下的新质生产力的探索与实践中,科技创新应有效对接人民需求,现代化产业体系的构建需着眼于提升人民福祉,社会治理要注重保障人民权益,以实现经济高质量发展与人民获得感、幸福感显著提升的协同共进。
New quality productive forces are advanced productive forces formed in the context of scientific and technological progress and social system innovation with high-tech,high-efficiency and high-quality features,and are of great significance to economic growth,enhanced national competitiveness,better life,advanced social justice and enhanced ecological civilization.There is a profound value-oriented and intrinsically coupled relationship between people-centred ideology rooted in the Marxist concept of material history and the development of new quality productive forces.The growth and leaping of new productive forces is not only a demonstration of people taking subjective position in social practice and value orientation,but realization of an effective support for people’s well-being and social justice.Therefore,in exploring and practicing new quality productive forces guided by the people-centred development ideology,scientific and technological innovation should meet the needs of the people,construction of a modern industrial system should focus on enhancing their well-being,and social governance should pay attention to safeguarding their rights and interests so as to achieve synergy between the high-quality development of the economy and the significant enhancement of the people’s sense of gain and happiness.
