摘要
历史虚无主义是虚无主义在历史领域的反映,是一种唯心主义历史观。在“两个大局”背景下,历史虚无主义在理论内容、传播载体、思维特点和根本目的等方面出现了新的变化,它是在史学理论自我转向、市场经济、经济全球化、互联网的兴起等多种作用下产生的,以互联网为主要传播载体,以碎片化的方式解构党史、国史和革命史,本质目的在于消除政体的正当性地位。西方敌对势力妄图通过历史虚无主义的手段操控网络舆论,对广大人民群众特别是对于青年大学生造成难以想象的危害。党和国家旗帜鲜明反对历史虚无主义,坚持马克思主义基本原理,着力解决社会现实问题以保障人民权益,加强“四史”教育,加强阵地建设,重视新媒体中的舆论建设,营造风清气正的网络环境,促进互联网监管体制的完善,做大做强网上主流思想舆论,弘扬正确的价值观,坚定历史自信,增强历史主动,增强人们的家国情怀。
As an idealistic view of history,historical nihilism is the reflection of nihilism in the historical field.Under the background of the"two overall situations"and various effects of the selfturn of historical theories,market economy,economic globalization,and the rise of the Internet,historical nihilism has undergone new changes in terms of theoretical content,communication carrier,thinking characteristics and fundamental purpose.Aimed at eliminating the legitimacy of the political system,historical nihilism deconstructs the history of the Party,the nation,and the revolution via the Internet as its main communication carrier.Some hostile forces from the west try to manipulate the public opinion through historical nihilism,which has done great harm to the people,especially the teenagers.The Party and the state should adhere to Marxism and explicitly oppose historical nihilism,strive to solve social problems and protect the rights and interests of the people,strengthen the education of"four histories"and the construction of correct political positions,attach importance to the construction of public opinion in the new media in order to create a clean and upright network environment,improve the Internet regulatory system and expand and strengthen the mainstream ideological public opinion on the Internet in order to promote correct values,and strengthen and enhance historical self-confidence and historical initiative in order to boost patriotism.
