摘要
粤港澳大湾区图书馆肩负着赋能“人文湾区”建设的重要使命,推进湾区图书馆联盟融合发展意义重大。文章分析了粤港澳大湾区图书馆联盟发展现状与存在的问题,提出可从以下四个方面加快粤港澳大湾区图书馆联盟建设:完善管理架构,增强协同发展意识;加强推广交流,共促湾区文化认同;推动数字转型,共建资源共享平台;联合培育人才,共增服务创新活力。
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)Library shoulders the important mission of empowering the construction of the“Cultural Bay Area”,and promoting the integration and development of library alliance in the three regions is of great significance.The article analyzes the current development status and existing problems of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Library Alliance,and proposes four aspects to accelerate the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Library Alliance:improving the management structure and enhancing the awareness of collaborative development,strengthening promotion and communication to jointly promote cultural identity in the Bay Area,promoting digital transformation and jointly building resource sharing platforms,and jointly cultivating talents and enhance the vitality of service innovation.
