摘要
打造粤港澳大湾区文化高地是促进粤港澳大湾区协同发展的现实需要。研究表明,粤港澳大湾区图书馆缺乏可持续的交流合作平台和机制,公共图书馆与高校图书馆还未实现协同联盟,且鲜见高职院校图书馆的参与。文章提出建立健全的政府合作机制、长效的人才培养和交流机制、持续的文化阅读推广机制、完善的参考咨询服务机制等对策,以带动大湾区形成联盟协同发展的创新机制,实现粤港澳大湾区的公共图书馆、高校图书馆以及高职院校图书馆真正意义上的协同联盟。
The coordination of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area entails that cultural prosperity in this area must be achieved.The paper finds out that libraries in this area struggle to find a platform for exchanges and cooperation,a coordinated alliance of public libraries and university libraries has not been fully established and only a few higher vocational college libraries participate in the alliance.Therefore,the paper suggests that mechanisms should be built for further cooperation with government institutes,for long-term talent training and exchanges,for sustained cultural reading promotion and for perfect reference services.That is how a coordinated innovation system in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area.As a result,an alliance of public libraries,university libraries and higher vocational college libraries in this area can be achieved.
