摘要
辅导员的角色性质和岗位职责决定了辅导员需具备较强的领导力,文章在厘清领导力概念的基础上,对辅导员领导力进行界定,从对自身、对学生、对学校三个层面确定辅导员领导力的构成要素。辅导员领导力提升存在一系列现实困境:辅导员自身素质制约领导力发挥、学校管理制度弱化辅导员职业影响力、时代发展降低辅导员话语权威。高校辅导员应该提高自身素质,提升人格魅力;创新工作方法,提高专业技能;学会自我调适,增强职业认同感。高校应该优化培训体系,促进领导力开发;健全管理制度,构建科学晋升机制。
The nature of the role and job responsibilities of a counselor determine that counselors need to possess strong leadership skills.Based on clarifying the concept of leadership,this article defines counselor leadership and determines the constituent elements of counselor leadership from three levels:self,student,and school.There are a series of practical difficulties in improving the leadership of counselors:the quality of counselors themselves restricts the effectiveness of leadership,the school management system weakens the professional influence of counselors,and the development of the times reduces the authority of counselors'discourse.College counselors should improve their own qualities and enhance their personal charm;Innovate work methods and improve professional skills;learn to self adjust and enhance professional identity.Universities should optimize their training system to promote leadership development;establish a sound management system and build a scientific promotion mechanism.
