摘要
文章对中职幼儿保育专业美术教学现状进行深入分析,指出存在的问题,如理论与实践脱节、缺乏职业导向等。基于建构主义、情境学习、“做中学”以及学习迁移等教学理论,提出课岗融合的教学理念,阐述情境模拟化、任务项目化、案例研讨化、技能竞赛化以及校内实训化等融合举措,旨在创新中职幼儿保育专业美术教学方式方法,培养学生的职业素养和实践能力,为学生走上工作岗位奠定基础。
This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation of art teaching in vocational early childhood care majors,pointing out existing problems such as the disconnect between theory and practice,and the lack of career guidance.Based on teaching theories such as constructivism,situational learning,"learning by doing",and learning transfer,this paper proposes a teaching concept of integrating class and post,and elaborates on integration measures such as situational simulation,task project-based learning,case study,skill competition,and on campus practical training.The aim is to innovate the art teaching methods of vocational early childhood care majors,cultivate students'professional qualities and practical abilities,and lay the foundation for students to enter the workforce.
