科研型教学模式的成效分析——以湖北师范大学光电专业本科生和光学工程硕士研究生为例

摘要 主要探讨科研型教学模式在本科教学和硕士研究生教学的成效和优势,采取分组责任制和小组导师制开展教学研究工作,全面提高学生在学习上的主人翁意识,增加学生和老师之间的交流,增强师生之间的深厚情谊。经过科研型教学模式培养的学生各类学术活动参与度明显提高,湖北师范大学2019级本科光电专业一个行政班30人现已有科研立项、大创项目、科研文章和A类学科竞赛等方面共18项成果;湖北师范大学2020级光学工程硕士研究生5人教学班以第一作者在国内外学术期刊上已发表高质量论文共16篇。这种教学模式在湖北师范大学2020级光电本科生和2021级光学工程硕士研究生的培养中也取得了很好的成效。科研型教学模式成效显著,有利于对学生形成长效考核机制,培养一流人才。 This paper mainly discusses the effectiveness of the scientific research-based teaching model in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.The group responsibility system and the group tutorial system are adopted to carry out teaching research,which comprehensively improves the students’sense of ownership and high sense of responsibility in learning,increases the communication and enhances the profound friendship between teachers and students.In addition,students’participation in various academic activities has been significantly improved after they were trained by the scientific research-based teaching mode.For instance,among 30 optoelectronics undergraduates in the administrative class of 2019 in Hubei Normal University,16 of them have gained approval of scientific research project,pursued innovation and entrepreneurship and published scientific research articles and participated in A-class discipline competitions.5 postgraduates admitted in 2020 have published a total of 13 high-quality papers in academic journals at home and abroad as the first author.This teaching mode has also achieved good results in the cultivation of the optoelectronics 2020 undergraduate students and the optical engineering 2021 graduate students in Hubei Normal University.It is obvious that the scientific research teaching model has achieved remarkable results,which is conducive to the formation of long-term assessment for students and the cultivation of first-class talents.
