摘要
摇臂齿轮箱是采煤机故障高发部件,对煤矿井下常用的7LS06采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障位置进行了诊断,发现其减速齿轮及轴承经常发生故障,由于齿轮及轴承在正常运行状态下会产生固定的振动频率,而缺陷或故障会导致其结构发生改变,从而使原有的振动频率发生变化,因此,现场采用振动测试平台获取采煤机齿轮箱的振动信号,将测试结果与现场监测结果进行比对分析,进一步验证了故障诊断技术的可靠性。
The rocker arm gear box is a fault prone part of shearer.The fault location of the rocker arm gear box of 7LS06 shearer commonly used in underground coal mining was diagnosed,and it was found that its reduction gear and bearing often failed,because the gear and bearing would produce a fixed vibration frequency under normal operation,and defects or faults would lead to changes in its structure,thus the original vibration frequency would be changed.Therefore,vibration test platform was used to obtain the vibration signal of shearer gear box,and the test results were compared with the field monitoring results,which further verified the reliability of fault diagnosis technology.
