摘要
以MG620/1660-WD型采煤机右摇臂齿轮箱为监测对象,开展了摇臂采煤机摇臂振动监测试验台设计工作。分析了摇臂试验台的功能需求,完成了试验台的总体方案设计,具备工况模拟和振动监测功能。基于试验台总体方案完成了试验台设计,包括扭矩传感器选型、测功机选型、激振装置结构设计、控制系统方案等。确定了摇臂试验台监测的典型振动数据类型,指出来不同典型振动数据对应的监测部位,降低了试验台的操作难度,满足采煤机摇臂齿轮箱质量监测的要求。
Taking the right rocker gear box of MG620/1660-WD coal mining machine as the monitoring object,the design of rocker vibration monitoring test bench for rocker coal mining machine was carried out.The functional requirements of the rocker arm test bench are analysed,and the overall scheme design of the test bench is completed,which has the functions of working condition simulation and vibration monitoring.Based on the general scheme of the test bench,the design of the test bench was completed,including the selection of torque transducers,dynamometer selection,structural design of the excitation device,and control system scheme.Typical types of vibration data to be monitored by the rocker arm test bench are determined,and the corresponding monitoring parts of different typical vibration data are pointed out,which reduces the operation difficulty of the test bench and meets the requirement of monitoring the quality of the rocker arm gearbox of coal mining machine.
