采煤工作面沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术研究

摘要 沿空留巷无煤柱开采不仅可以减少采空区内的遗煤,而且还可以避免下覆煤层在回采期间出现应力集中问题。以10302综采工作面为研究对象,基于无煤柱开采方式,提出了在采面回风顺槽应用切顶卸压留巷技术,并制定了详细的留巷方案。在切顶卸压留巷技术中,超前支护能够提高切顶卸压期间顶板的稳定性,而切顶钻孔及切顶爆破是阻断采空区顶板与留巷段顶板应力传递的关键,临时补强支护及挡矸支护提高了留巷段围岩的稳定性,避免了采空区矸石进入留巷段。现场应用该技术后,10302回风顺槽留巷段围岩始终保持稳定,顶板下沉量控制在了145 mm以内。 Gob-side entry retaining and mining technology without coal pillars can not only reduce residual coal in the goaf,but also avoid stress concentration problems in the underlying coal seam during mining.Taking 10302 fully mechanized mining face as the research object,based on the mining method without coal pillars,the application of top cutting and pressure relief and gob-side entry retaining technology in the return airway of the mining face was proposed,and a detailed roadway retention plan was formulated.In the top cutting and pressure relief technology,advanced support can improve the stability of the roof during the top cutting and pressure relief period.Top cutting drilling and blasting are the key to blocking the stress transmission between the goaf roof and the roadway section roof.Temporary reinforcement support and gangue blocking support improve the stability of the surrounding rock in the roadway section,avoiding the entry of goaf gangue into the roadway section.After the on-site application of this technology,the surrounding rock of 10302 return air duct retained roadway section remained stable,and the roof subsidence was controlled within 145 mm.
