摘要
大幅宽空间相机焦面通常采用多片探测器拼接的形式。本文针对光学拼接焦面的分光镜装调精度进行研究。通过分析分光镜的装配精度,建立数学模型,并进行分析。结果表明:该方法具有可行性,能确保CCD与机械基准装配误差,解决其装配与电路板存在的应力问题。
The focal plane of a large and wide space camera usually adopts the form of multi-slice detector splicing.In this paper,the accuracy of optical splicing focal plane splitter is studied.By analyzing the assembly accuracy of the spectroscope,a mathematical model is established and analyzed.The results show that the method is feasible,it can ensure the assembling error of CCD and mechanical reference,and solve the stress problem between CCD and circuit board.
