摘要
银屑病有病因复杂、顽固难治、易反复发作、迁延不愈等特点,极大地影响了患者的健康和生活质量。本文对银屑病患者自我管理的现状,自我管理的影响因素以及相关评估工具进行综述,旨在提高医护人员对银屑病患者自我管理的认识和了解,为银屑病患者的自我管理工具选择和相关干预研究提供有意义的参考。
Psoriasis has complex causes,is difficult to treat,prone to recurrent attacks,and persists for a long time,greatly affecting their health and quality of life.This article reviews the current status,influencing factors and assessment tools of self-management in psoriasis patients,aiming to improve the understanding and knowledge of self-management among medical and nursing staff,and provide meaningful references for the selection of self-management assessment tools and intervention research for psoriasis patients.
