换热器T2铜管点蚀及复配缓蚀剂研究

摘要 以换热器因T2铜管腐蚀导致的失效为工程应用背景,采用腐蚀失重法、扫描电镜和能谱仪研究了换热器中T2铜管的腐蚀及影响因素,并得到了T2铜管的复配缓蚀剂的最佳配比。结果表明:造成T2铜管腐蚀的主要原因是铜表面上氧化亚铜保护薄膜局部破裂,致使坑底的铜为阳极和表面的氧化亚铜薄膜为阴极形成电偶腐蚀,使得在坑中的铜溶解发生点蚀。而氧化膜的破裂与过量的含碳残渣、污垢(异物)在表面的沉积、机械损伤以及材料自身的缺陷等有关。 The failure of heat exchanger caused by T2 copper tube corrosion was taken as the engineering application background.The corrosion and influencing factors of T2 copper tube of heat exchanger were studied by corrosion weight loss method,SEM and EDS,and the optimal ratio of compound corrosion inhibitors of T2 copper tube was obtained.The results show that the main cause of T2 copper pipe corrosion is the local rupture of the cuprous oxide protective film on the copper surface,resulting in galvanic corrosion of the copper at the bottom of the pit as the anode and the cuprous oxide film on the surface as the cathode,resulting in pitting corrosion of copper dissolution in the pit.The rupture of the oxide film is related to the deposition of excessive carbon residue,dirt(foreign matter)on the surface,mechanical damage and defects of the material itself.
