摘要
目前有关铜对高强度螺栓钢腐蚀的影响研究未见报道。以耐延迟断裂性能优良的高强度螺栓钢42CrMoV为基础,添加0.42%(质量分数,下同)Cu,采用周期浸润试验模拟大气环境,结合扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及电化学法等分析手段,研究了Cu对高强度螺栓钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:钢中加入0.42%Cu之后,试验钢的腐蚀失重率明显降低,且在腐蚀前期影响程度更为显著。钢材表面能够快速地形成具有保护性的锈层,且Cu在锈层中有一定程度的富集,这使得锈层的致密性更高,保护性更强。XRD结果表明,锈层主要是由α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH和Fe2O3构成。极化曲线测定结果表明,Cu能够使试验钢的自腐蚀电位略正移,从而提高其耐腐蚀能力。
The effect of Cu on the corrosion resistance of high strength bolt steel has less been reported.With high strength bolt steel 42CrMoV as the base and 0.42%(mass fraction,hereafter)Cu as the additive,the influence of alloying element Cu on the corrosion resistance of high strength bolt steel was analyzed by wet/dry cyclic immersed corrosion test simulating the real atmosphere,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electrochemical analysis.Results showed that the addition of 0.42%Cu could notably decreased the corrosion weight loss of the steel,which had more significant effect in the early stage of corrosion.A protective compact rust layer could be quickly formed on the surface of steel,and Cu was enriched in the rust layer to a certain extent,which brought about the denser layer to prevent the substrate from further corrosion.XRD result confirmed that the rust was primarily consisted ofα-Fe OOH,γ-Fe OOH and Fe2O3.Furthermore,the result of electrochemical test showed that the addition of 0.42%Cu also slightly enhanced the self-corrosion potential of the bare tested steel and so enhanced the corrosion resistance.
