摘要 螺栓的预紧力是影响螺栓连接面力学特性的一个重要的因素,在精度需求较高的含螺栓连接的有限元分析中,需要考虑螺栓的预紧力。运用虚拟材料方法模拟模态分析中的螺栓预紧力,首先根据结合面的参数计算各个预紧力下的虚拟材料属性,在有限元软件中建立含虚拟材料连接面的模型,仿真得到螺栓连接板件的固有频率和振型。仿真结果跟模态实验结果一致,验证了采用虚拟材料方法模拟螺栓预紧力的有效性,为装配体的有限元建模提供了途径。 The bolt preload is one of the most important factors which affect the mechanical characteristics of fixed joint interface,in high precision FEM analysis for the assembly connected by bolts,the bolt preload should be considered.Virtual material method is adopted to simulate the bolt preload in modal analysis.At first the virtual material's parameters of each bolt preload are calculated according to the parameters of fixed joint interface,then the finite element model with virtual material element is created in FEM software,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the plates are got.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental ones,which show that the virtual material method to simulate bolt preload is effective,which provides a way for the FEM analysis of the assembly.
