摘要
为全力推进“千项万亿”水利重大项目建设,提升水利工程建设管理能力,文章以浙江省20个在建大中型水利工程为调研对象,结合水利“大走访大调研大服务大解题”活动,通过查阅资料、现场走访等方式,从诸多视角探究浙江省重点水利工程建设管理中亟待解决的问题,并有针对性提出解决问题的建议。对高质量高标准推进重大水利工程建设,加快构建“浙江水网”,推动新阶段水利高质量发展具有重要意义。
To fully promote the construction of water conservancy projects listed in the“Qian Xiang Wan Yi”project that aims to implement over 1,000 provincial major projects and complete investment of more than RMB one trillion annually,and improve the management capability for water conservancy engineering construction,the article takes 20 large and medium-sized water conservancy projects under construction in Zhejiang Province as research objects.Combined with the Large-Scale Visit,Thorough Research,Wide-Ranging Service and Effective Solutions campaign in the water conservancy field,this article explores the urgent problems in the construction and management of key water conservancy projects in the province from various perspectives through data review and on-site visits.It proposes targeted suggestions for solving the problems.Thus,it is of great significance to promote the construction of major water conservancy projects with high quality and standards,accelerate the building of the Zhejiang water network,and pursue high-quality water conservancy development in the new stage.
