摘要
目的评估卤米松与卡泊三醇软膏联合应用在治疗银屑病方面的疗效,以及对改善皮肤损伤状况的效果。方法非随机选取2022年2月—2023年2月南华大学衡阳医学院附属第一医院收治的100例银屑病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例。使用卡泊三醇软膏治疗的为对照组,卤米松与卡泊三醇软膏联用的为研究组。比较两组临床疗效、皮损改善情况和不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037)。研究组皮损面积、皮损严重程度及瘙痒程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卤米松与卡泊三醇软膏的联合应用在治疗银屑病方面表现出较高的临床疗效,能够有效减少皮损面积和降低皮损严重程度,同时具有良好的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of halometasone combined with capotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis and the improvement of skin lesions.Methods 100 patients with psoriasis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hengyang Medical College of South China University from February 2022 to February 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases each.The group treated with carpotriol ointment was the control group,and the group treated with halometasone and carpotriol ointment was the study group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of skin lesions and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037).The skin area,severity and pruritus of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of halometasone and capotriol ointment has shown high clinical efficacy in the treatment of psoriasis,can effectively reduce the area of skin lesions and reduce the severity of skin lesions,and has good safety.
