摘要
目的通过收集本地区中小学生的营养与健康状况,分析学生存在的营养健康问题,为政府部门制定相关政策提供基础信息。方法按随机抽样的原则,2021年在全县中小学校选取小学和初中各5所,每个年级抽取1个班,共抽取1933名学生进行身高、体质量、血红蛋白等指标的检测;采用趋势χ^(2)检验、t检验对各项指标检出率进行线性趋势检验。结果男女生平均身高和体质量均高于全国同年龄组平均水平;生长迟缓率、消瘦率、营养不良率、超重率和肥胖率分别为0.21%、6.31%、6.52%、14.61%和19.14%,贫血患病率为3.16%;不同年龄组学生消瘦率、营养不良率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.709、23.089,均P<0.05);小学生肥胖率高于初中生(χ^(2)=10.468,P<0.05);女生贫血率高于男生(χ^(2)=15.265,P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强营养健康教育,改善营养环境,全面促进学生的营养均衡发展。
Objective To analyse the nutrition and health problems of primary and secondary school students in the region by collecting information on their nutrition and health status,so as to provide basic information for government departments to formulate relevant policies.Methods According to the principle of random sampling,5 primary schools and 5 junior high schools were selected from primary and junior high schools in 2021 in the county,and one class was selected for each grade.A total of 1933 students were selected for height,body mass,hemoglobin,and other indicators.Linear trend test was performed for the detection rate of each indicator using trendχ^(2) test and t-test.Results The average height and body mass of boys and girls were higher than the national average for the same age group.The rates of growth retardation,emaciation,malnutrition,overweight and obesity were 0.21%,6.31%,6.52%,14.61%,and 19.14%,respectively.The prevalence rate of anemia was 3.16%.There were statistically significant differences in the rates of emaciation and malnutrition among students of different age groups(χ^(2)=22.709,23.089,all P<0.05).The obesity rate of primary school students was higher than that of junior high school students(χ^(2)=10.468,P<0.05).The anemia rate of girls was higher than that of boys(χ^(2)=15.265,P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional health education should be further strengthened,the nutritional environment should be improved,and the balanced nutritional development of students should be comprehensively promoted.
