摘要
赣州西站是京港高速铁路在赣州市内最大的高铁站,建筑造型新颖。为契合建筑造型,上部钢结构具有大跨、异形、节点复杂、超高穿层柱等特点,通过结构整体分析、钢结构极限承载力分析、正面钢结构屈曲分析、复杂节点有限元分析和穿层柱分析等方法,采用在空腹桁架的平面外设置钢拉索,超高穿层柱设计空间钢网格结构关键节点等措施确保结构设计的可靠性。结果表明钢拉索可有效保证空腹桁架的平面外稳定性;弹性、弹塑性全过程屈曲分析表明,屋盖安全系数均大于2.0,屋盖钢结构极限和稳定承载力满足设计要求;铸钢节点在罕遇地震作用下仍处于弹性状态,满足性能设计要求;铸钢球关键节点有效解决穿层柱超高问题,进一步提高了穿层柱的稳定和极限承载能力。
Ganzhou West Station is the largest high-speed railway station on the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway in Ganzhou City,with a novel architectural design.To fit the architectural style,the upper steel structure has characteristics such as large-span,irregular shape,complex nodes,and ultra-high through story columns.Through methods such as overall structural analysis,ultimate bearing capacity analysis of steel structures,buckling analysis of front steel structures,finite element analysis of complex nodes,and through story column analysis,steel cables are installed outside the plane of the open web truss,and key nodes of the spatial steel grid structure are designed for ultra-high through story columns to ensure the reliability of the structural design.The results indicate that steel cables can effectively ensure the out of plane stability of the open web truss.The elastic and elastic-plastic full process buckling analysis shows that the safety factor of the roof is greater than 2.0 all the time.The ultimate and stable bearing capacity of the roof steel structure meet the design requirements;The cast steel nodes are still in an elastic state under rare earthquake action,meeting the performance design requirements.The key nodes of cast steel balls effectively solve the problem of excessive height in the through layer column,further improving the stability and ultimate bearing capacity of the through layer column.
