摘要
1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是化工领域中举足轻重的原材料,其应用范围横跨医药、化工以及日用品等多个重要行业。近年来,随着国家“双碳”政策的提出,可降解塑料产业正在经历迅速发展的阶段,其中,1,4-丁二醇作为生产可降解塑料的关键化工原料,其市场需求也日益趋增。本文详细阐述了几种BDO的关键制造流程,并且对每种工艺流程的优缺点进行了深入的比较和剖析。同时,针对目前占主导地位的炔醛法制BDO进行了技术经济分析。
1,4-Butanediol(BDO)is a crucial raw material in the chemical industry,with applications spanning across multiple important industries such as pharmaceuticals,chemical industry and commodity.In recent years,with the introduction of the national"dual carbon"policy,the biodegradable plastic industry is undergoing rapid development.Among them,1,4-butanediol as a key chemical raw material for producing biodegradable plastics,its market demand is also increasing.This paper elaborates on several key production process flows of BDO,and conducts in-depth comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each process flow.In addition,a technical and economic analysis is conducted on the dominant acetylene aldehyde method for BDO production.
