摘要
1,4-丁二醇(BDO)作为一种重要的有机化工和精细化工原料具有较广泛的应用。近年来,随着可降解材料产业的快速发展,BOD作为生产可降解材料的重要原料,在未来具有巨大的市场需求。本文介绍了炔醛法、顺酐法、烯丙醇法和丁二烯法等主要的BDO生产技术,分析了我国BDO产业现状,比较了炔醛法和顺酐法的生产成本,并结合我国国情对BDO技术进行展望。
1,4-butanediol(BDO)has been widely used as an important organic chemical and fine chemical raw material.In recent years,with the rapid development of biodegradable materials industry,BOD as an important raw material for the biodegradable materials,will have a huge market in the future.This paper introduces the process technology of sacetylene-formaldehyde process,maleic anhydride process,allyl alcohol process and butadiene process,analyzes the status of BDO industry in China,compares the production cost of sacetylene-formaldehyde process and maleic anhydride process,and prospects the BDO technology combined with national conditions.
