摘要
目的探讨互动达标理论护理联合共同照护模式在冠心病(CHD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年4月郑州市中医院收治的72例CHD患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(n=36,互动达标理论护理联合共同照护模式)与对照组(n=36,常规护理),比较两组运动耐力、CHD健康知识、自我管理能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后2个月后两组6 min步行试验距离(6MWT)水平提高,且干预组6MWT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2个月后两组CHD康复知识调查问卷评分、CHD自我管理行为量表(CSMS)评分、中国心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)评分提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意率(97.22%)高于对照组(72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动达标理论护理联合共同照护模式应用于CHD患者干预中,可增强运动耐力,提高知识掌握能力和自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with the collaborative care model in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 72 CHD patients admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(n=36,interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with collaborative care model)and a control group(n=36,routine nursing)using a random number table.The exercise endurance,CHD health knowledge,self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance levels in both groups improved,and the 6MWT levels in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the scores of the CHD rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire,CHD self-management scale(CSMS),and Chinese cardiovascular disease quality of life questionnaire(CQQC)in both groups improved,and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the intervention group(97.22%)was higher than that in the control group(72.22%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive goal attainment theory nursing combined with the collaborative care model in the intervention of CHD patients can enhance exercise endurance,improve knowledge mastery and self-management ability,and improve patients’quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
