摘要
调查助产专业本科生的心理资本水平状况,并分析其影响因素,为促进助产专业本科生积极心理建设提供参考。结果表明,助产专业本科生心理资本处于中上水平,年级、每月生活费、是否自愿选择助产专业以及是否有过社团经历对其有一定影响,应加强对其心理资本的有效干预,进而促进助产专业本科生的专业学习,助力国家助产事业发展。
To investigate the psychological capital level of undergraduates majored in midwifery and analyze its influencing factors to provide reference for promoting the positive psychological construction of undergraduates majored in midwifery.The results show that the psychological capital of undergraduates majored in midwifery is in the upper-middle level,and their grades,monthly living expenses,whether they voluntarily choose midwifery major and whether they have had community experience have certain influences on them.Effective intervention should be strengthened to promote the major learning of undergraduates majored in midwifery and help the development of national midwifery.
