共生理论视角下产教融合共同体构建研究 被引量:2

Research on the Construction of Industry-Education Integration Community Under the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

摘要 产教融合是一种社会组织的跨界合作,是一项系统性工程。产教融合共同体的生成和协同发展,受产教融合共同体的纽带、关系和规范等多重并发因素的影响。借鉴共生理论,选取18个产教融合共同体案例,运用清晰集定性比较分析方法,探究产教融合共同体生成路径的影响因素及其机制。研究发现,竞争压力、潮流压力以及利益驱动是产教融合共同体构建高绩效的必要条件,共同体构建低绩效无必要条件;产教融合共同体构建高绩效模式有内生型产教融合共同体和孵化型产教融合共同体两种类型,构建低绩效模式有消极管理型产教融合共同体和竞争缺失型产教融合共同体两种类型。为了提升当前产教融合共同体的构建绩效,需要激发产教融合共生单元的内生动力,凝聚共同体纽带;需要加强产教融合共生模式的协同互动,强化共同体的关系联结;需要提升产教融合共生环境的支持力度,完善共同体的规范保障。 The integration of industry and education is a kind of cross-border cooperation of social organizations and a systematic project.The establishment and collaborative development of the production-education integration community are influenced by various concurrent factors,including interconnections,relationships,and norms within the community.The present study utilizes the symbiosis theory as its theoretical framework and examines a sample of 18 cases of production-education integration communities.Employing the rigorous qualitative comparative analysis method,this paper aims to investigate the influencing factors and mechanisms that contribute to the development trajectory of such communities.It is found that competition pressure,trend pressure and interest drive are the necessary conditions for the construction of high performance in the integration of industry and education community,while there is no necessary condition for the construction of low performance in the integration community.The construction of production-education integration community and incubating production-education integration community involves two types of high-performance models.Similarly,the construction of production-education integration community,negative management community,and competition-deficient production-education integration community encompasses two types of low-performance models.In order to enhance the construction performance of the current production-education integration community,it is imperative to stimulate the endogenous potential of the production-education integration symbiotic unit and consolidate community cohesion.It is essential to strengthen the synergistic interaction within the industry-education integration symbiotic model and reinforce community relationships and connections.Moreover,it is crucial to bolster support for the symbiotic environment of industry-education integration while improving regulatory safeguards for the community.
