摘要
零件经过喷丸处理后,其表层的残余应力分布发生了变化,因此,通过对喷丸后材料表层残余应力的测量,就可以知道喷丸处理对零件的强化效果,通过测量不同喷丸工艺参数下的零件、标准试片的残余应力大小获得残余应力大小-残余应力层深关系,根据残余应力大小-残余应力层深关系评估受喷零件的喷丸效果,最终总结出一套适用于内螺纹牙底喷丸效果能够量化检测的有效方法。
After the parts have been shot peened,the residual stress distribution in the surface layer has changed,therefore,through the measurement of the residual stress in the surface layer of the material after shot peening,the strengthening effect of shot peening on the parts can be known,and the relationship between the size of the residual stress and the depth of the layer of residual stress is obtained by measuring the size of the residual stress in the parts under different parameters of the shot peening process,and the relationship is evaluated according to the size of the residual stress-depth of the layer of residual stress.Based on the residual stress-residual stress layer depth relationship to assess the shot peening effect of the blasted parts,a set of effective methods for quantitative detection of the shot peening effect of the bottom of internal threads was finally summarised.
