摘要
在应力分析和证明相当应力函数满意解为超应变度的最佳选择的基础上[3,4],提出了自增强高压容器的数学模型。以相当应力函数在弹一塑界面半径上取得最小为目标函数,同时考察其结构参数、操作参数及强度条件、爆破极限、尺寸限制和不发生反向屈服约束,为经自增强处理的压力容器优化设计提供理论依据。
Based on the she analySis and the pmof of satisfaCtory solution of equivalent stress function which is the bet theice of overstiain(3). (4), the mathematical model for autofrettagedvan of high pressure is presented in this paper. The objective funthen exprasing the equivalentstress funthen ahafor its drimum at elastic-plastic interface radius. Motiver, the structuralparameters, operation parameters, and the conshaints of strength, blowing up, dimensions,and not occuring the gb in the revelsal direction are also observed It is the foundation todesign optiedation for autofreforged vessel of high pressure.
