摘要
对于具有理想弹塑性材料的厚壁筒,理论解的结果表明,自增强处理且内壁精加工后,当超应变度>50%时,残余应力的相对下降量是很小的,不会大幅度影响自增强效果。对于考虑材料实际本构关系的厚壁筒,弹塑性有限元的计算结果表明,自增强处理且内表面精加工后,新的内表面上周向残余应力的变化仍与超应变度有关,较小时,残余应力有所下降,增加下降量逐步减小,当残余应力导致反向屈服时,则内表面上的周向残余应力反而有所提高。
As for the thick-wall cylinder made of ided elastoplastic material,the result of theoretical solution shows that,after autofrettage and flashing-machining, so long as the overstrain level.is above 50%, the reduction of the residual stress on the cylinder is very small,so the effect of autofrettage will not be greatly influenced. As for the thick-wall cylinder considering the real constitution of the material, the result of the finite element calculation of the elastoplastic shows that,after autofrettage and finishing-machining,the variation of the circumferential residual stress on the inner sufface of the cylinder is also relative to the overstrain level Φ.The residual stress reduces when Φ is small and the reduction steps down with the increasing of Φ.And when the residual stress has led to reverse yielding, the circumference residual stress on the inner surface will be raised.
