石菖蒲挥发油成分的气相色谱-质谱实验结果分析

摘要 目的:对石菖蒲挥发油成分的气相色谱-质谱实验结果进行分析。方法:借助水蒸馏法得到石菖蒲根茎部位挥发油,以GC-MS技术分离鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定挥发油中相应成分含量。结果:经过分析,结果显示挥发油中化合物种类超过一百多种,共有25种相对含量高于0.01%的化合物,占总量92.37%,含量较高的2种分别为α-细辛醚,比例为32.29%,β-细辛醚,比例为53.59%。α-细辛醚回收率为100.2%,β-细辛醚回收率为103.1%,α-细辛醚以及β-细辛醚重复性、精确性以及稳定性均未超过2%。测定时间持续20分钟,石菖蒲挥发油5个批次β-细辛醚含量为(534.82±1.50)mg/g,α-细辛醚含量(57.04±0.69)mg/g。结论:对石菖蒲挥发油应用GC-MS技术进行鉴定,发现α-细辛醚以及β-细辛醚均为主要成分,含量最高的是β-细辛醚。 Objective:To analyze the experimental results of volatile oil from Acorus gramineus by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods:The volatile oil from the rhizome of Acorus gramineus was obtained by water distillation,separated and identified by GC-MS,and the content of corresponding components in the volatile oil was determined by gas chromatography area normalization method.Results:After analysis,the results showed that there were more than 100 kinds of compounds in the volatile oil,and there were 25 compounds with relative content higher than 0.01%,accounting for 92.37%of the total.The two compounds with higher content wereα-asarone,accounting for 32.29%,andβ-asarone,accounting for 53.59%.The recovery rates ofα-asarone andβ-asarone were 100.2%and 103.1%,respectively,and the repeatability,accuracy and stability ofα-asarone andβ-asarone did not exceed 2%.The determination time lasted for 20 minutes,and the content ofβ-asarone andα-asarone in five batches of volatile oil from Acorus gramineus was(534.82±1.50)mg/g and(57.04±0.69)mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:The volatile oil of Acorus gramineus was identified by GC-MS,and it was found that bothα-asarone andβ-asarone were the main components,andβ-asarone was the highest content.
