摘要
在装配式建筑施工中,预制墙临时支撑加固存在预埋精度低、混凝土强度发展缓慢及成本效率问题。文章提出了一种新型斜撑加固技术,通过工厂预埋高精度套筒,替代传统现场预埋铁件,显著提高了预埋件的精度和施工效率。结果显示,应用该技术后有效缩短了施工周期,降低了成本,并降低了作业风险,提高了现场安全性。因此,该技术具有较高的推广价值。
In the construction of prefabricated buildings,the problems of low embedded accuracy,slow development of concrete strength and cost efficiency exist in the reinforcement of prefabricated wall temporary support.This paper puts forward a new type of diagonal support and reinforcement technology.The precision and construction efficiency of the embedded parts are significantly improved by replacing the traditional field embedded iron parts with high-precision sleeves embedded in the factory.The results show that the application of this technology can effectively shorten the construction period,reduce the construction cost,reduce the operation risk and improve the site safety.Therefore,this technology has high popularization value.
