摘要
目的:理清医科院校公共事业管理专业发展的前沿研究趋势,为医学类院校公共事业管理专业的进一步研究与发展提供参考。方法:运用Note Express和Cite Space文献计量学可视化软件,绘制分析来源于“中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普”三个数据库中2003-2024年期间围绕“医科院校、公共事业管理”主题相关研究文献的年度发文、作者、机构、关键词科学知识图谱。结果:共筛选312篇研究文献,医科院校公管专业发展研究领域的文献发布数量总体呈上升趋势;作者和机构间缺乏合作,发文数量居于首位的作者是汤榕,机构为右江民族医学院和南京医科大学;医科院校、公共事业管理、公共卫生管理是高频关键词,人才培养、课程设置、教学改革、专业建设等均为当前研究方向,“课程思政”和“协同教育实践育人”是近三年的热议主题。结论:(1)研学习近平文化思想,筑牢医科院校公管专业人才强大精神内核;(2)紧跟卫生政策更新变化步伐,鼓励医科院校公共事业管理专业内外兼容;(3)创新“公管本色+医学人文特色”人才培养体系,强化人才专业与职业适配度。
Objective To clarify the advancement research trend of the development of public service management specialty inmedical colleges,and further provide reference for the research and development of public service management specialty in medicalcolleges.Methods Using bibliometric visualization software of Note Express and Cite Space,the knowledge map of theme of annualpublications,author,organization,keyword,related with“medical university,public service management”was drawn and analyzed,which were retrieved from database of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from 2003 to 2024.Results A total of 312 research documentswere screened.The number of documents published in the field of public management professional development is increasing.The authors and institutions had insufficient cooperation.The author had the most articles is Tang Rong,and the institutionswere Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities and Nanjing Medical University.The high frequency keywords were medical college,public service management and public health management.Talent training,curriculum setting,teaching reform,professionalconstruction were the current research direction.“curriculum ideology and politics”and“collaborative education,practice andeducation”were the hot research topics in the past three years.Conclusion It is suggested to further study the Xi Jinping Thoughton culture,build strong spiritual core of public management talents in medical college and university,keep up with the pace ofhealth policy update and change,encourage the internal and external compatibility of public service management specialty in medicalcolleges and universities,innovate the talent training system of“public management quality+medical humanistic characteristics”,and strengthen the professional suitability of talents.
