多元炉烟气预转化控制系统研究与应用

摘要 两段炼铜法相较于传统三段炼铜法具有流程短、更节能的技术优势,多元炉作为两段短流程炼铜主要工艺环节,对其产出的高浓度制酸烟气进行预转化处理,在提高SO_(2)转化效率增加硫酸产量10万吨的同时,还能回收烟气制酸过程中的转化余热,产出中压饱和蒸汽10.2万吨用于汽机发电,从而实现双重创效。文章结合多元炉烟气预转化项目真实案例,分析了烟气预转化生产技术问题,研究开发了烟气预转化控制系统工艺流程,实现了企业安全生产和降本增效,证明其具有较高生产应用和经济价值。 Compared with the traditional three-stage copper smelting method,the two-stage copper smelting method has the technical advantages of shorter process and more energy-saving.As the main process link of the two-stage short process copper smelting,the multi-component furnace pre converts the high concentration acid making flue gas it produces,improving the SO_(2) conversion efficiency and increasing the sulfuric acid production by 100000 tons.At the same time,it can also recover the conversion waste heat from the flue gas acid making process,producing 102000 tons of medium pressure saturated steam for steam turbine power generation,thereby achieving dual efficiency.The article combines a real case study of a multi furnace flue gas pre conversion project to analyze the technical problems of flue gas pre conversion production.The process flow of the flue gas pre conversion control system is studied and developed,achieving safe production and cost reduction and efficiency increase for enterprises,proving its high production application and economic value.
