摘要
介绍了150 kt/a硬石膏制酸装置采用过氧化氢对硫酸进行脱色的试验原理、工艺过程及试验结论。通过在制酸装置上的成功应用,取得了较好效果。硫酸脱色技改投资400万元,硫酸成本增加不会超过5元/t,脱色后硫酸价格可上涨30～50元/t,不到半年即可收回全部投资,经济效益十分显著。
The principle,process and experimental results of decolorization of sulphuric acid by hydrogen peroxide in a 150 kt/a anhydrite sulphuric acid plant was described.Good results have been achieved through the successful application of the device in the sulphuric acid production.The investment of the sulphuric acid decolorization technology is 4 million yuan,which increases the cost of sulphuric acid production by no more than 5 yuan/t,however,the price of the decolored sulphuric acid product goes up by 30 yuan/t to 50 yuan/t.Thus,all the cost of investment can be covered in less than half a year; the economic benefits are very significant.
