摘要
在高质量发展的背景下,医院发展规模日益扩大,在医疗水平不断提高的同时,逐渐加强对科研的投入和重视。文章以某市三甲专科医院为例,梳理科研经费管理中存在资金浪费、违规使用及成果质量不高等问题,基于预算管理模式进行原因分析,针对性地提出改进对策,以期推动科研经费聚力增效,助力专学科建设发展。
In the context of high-quality development,the scale of hospital development is expanding day by day.While the medical level is constantly improving,it is gradually strengthening investment and attention to scientific research.This article takes a tertiary specialized hospital in a certain city as an example to sort out the problems of fund waste,illegal use,and low quality of achievements in scientific research fund management.Based on the budget management model,the reasons are analyzed,and targeted improvement measures are proposed to promote the cohesion and efficiency of scientific research funds,and help the development of specialized discipline construction.
