摘要
建设学院型医院已成为我国现阶段许多大型三甲医院的战略目标。学风优化对于医院实现从临床型医院向学院型医院的转变既具有基础重要性,又具有战略指导性。学院型医院学风建设的内涵十分丰富,主要包括崇尚学问研究、鼓励学术创新、倡导学术自由、长于思想交流、勇于追求改变、保持学术谦逊、重视学术品质等7个方面。
Establishing academic type hospital is the strategy goal for many tertiary hospitals. Optimizing study style is not only the basic fundamental but also the strategically meaning for transferring hospital from clinical service type to academic type. The meanings of study style construction are very rich, which include advocating research, encouraging academic innovation, improving communication, pursuing change, keeping scholarship modest and highlighting scholar quality.
