摘要
工业企业技术创新是山西省高端制造业发展的主要抓手,提高工业企业技术创新效率是山西省资源型经济转型的突破口。在深入分析山西省工业企业技术创新现状的基础上,采用DEA-BCC模型对2011—2021年间山西省工业企业技术创新效率进行分析和评价。研究结果显示,山西省工业企业技术创新效率较低,其综合效率、规模效率呈现递增趋势,纯技术效率呈现周期性波动规律。2019年以来,工业企业技术创新效率指标均满足DEA的有效性标准。未来,山西省需要进一步完善创新促进政策,持续提高企业技术创新能力和水平,确保工业技术创新处于高效率状态。
Industrial technological innovation is the main grippers of development of high-end manufacturing in Shanxi Province.Raise on efficiency of industrial innovation can promote the economic transformation resource-based?economy.Based on situation of industrial innovation in Shanxi Province,this paper evaluates and analyzes the efficiency of industrial innovation development in Shanxi Province from 2011 to 2021 using DEA-BCC model.The results show that efficiency of industrial innovation is relatively low,overall efficiency and scale shows the rising trend,Pure Technical Efficiency shows cyclical fluctuation.Since 2019,efficiency of technology innovation meet effectiveness standards of DEA.Shanxi Province should improve technological Innovation policies in order to improve the level and efficiency of industrial innovation in the future.
