摘要
在考虑技术进步动态变化的条件下,构建超越对数生产函数对2001—2019年珠三角地区科技创新生产系统的要素投入状况及配置效率进行测算与分析。研究发现:2001—2014年珠三角地区创新产出增长主要依赖于资本投入驱动,2015年后劳动驱动作用逐渐增强;同时,珠三角地区资本偏向型技术进步与要素互补关系并存,要素投入结构与技术结构匹配度较低,创新要素配置效率亟待提升;珠三角地区内各城市的创新情况差异显著,但多表现为规模不经济现象。珠三角地区应调整创新投入结构,改变资本投入驱动科技创新状况,优化科技创新生态,同时发挥各市产业优势,加强科技创新协同发展。
Considering the dynamic changes of technological progress,the translog production function is used to measure and analyze the innovative factors and their allocation efficiency of the technological innovation production system in the Pearl River Delta from 2001 to 2019.The study found that during 2001-2014,the growth of innovation output in the Pearl River Delta was mainly driven by capital input,and the labor-driven role has gradually increased after 2015.At the same time,the Pearl River Delta's capital-biased technological progress and factor complementation coexist,which shows that the factor input structure has a low degree of matching with the technological structure,and the efficiency of the allocation of innovative factors needs to be further improved.Besides,the innovation status of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta is significantly different,but most of them show the phenomenon of diseconomies of scale.The Pearl River Delta region should adjust the structure of innovation input in order to change the status quo of capital investment-driven innovation and optimize the ecology of innovation.What's more,it is also necessary to clarify the industrial advantages of each city,then strengthen the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation.
